Run to Row (Time)

For Time:
250m Row – 200m Run
500m Row – 400m Run
1000m Row – 500m Run
1500m Row – 1800m Run
*After each run go straight into row

100 Plank reaches (Time)

In this workout keeping you Glutes/Butt down and core engaged while conducting 100 plank reaches. Right reach then Left reach is counted as 1 rep so technically 200 reps if you count each hand raising up and down.

Every time you break you have to conduct 20 V Ups and yes this is for time
