Strict Press (Building to a 1RM)

In this strength I am looking for how heavy can you “Push” a weight once above your head

Work up to a weight you think you’ll be able to do a perfect strict press

Just Move your BODY (Time)

2 Rounds for Time:
50 Double Unders
40 Walking Lunges
30 Step Ups 24/20
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Burpee Pull Ups
