Todays strength, pick the jerk you use, when conducting a full, clean and jerk. Do not conduct both split and push jerk instead pick the one you use during your clean and jerk and complete those sets.

Front Squat (10×2 Using 50% of your 1RM Squat Clean & Jerk)

Split Jerk (10×2 Using 50% of your 1RM of Clean and Jerk)

Use an EMOM Clock to complete sets

Push Jerk (10×2 Using 50% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk )

Use EMOM Clock to complete sets
