Murph 2022

For Memorial Day, Aumakua Fitness hosted the iconic “Murph” workout. When done RX, This workout is a one mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 sit ups, followed by another one mile run- all while in a 20 lb weighted vest.
