Cross Training Fitness Classes

Our cross training fitness classes are designed to help build an all around athlete, focusing on cardiovascular ability, strength, and power.  You can expect to learn Olympic weightlifting movements, powerlifting movements, gymnastics, and partake in several different forms of cardio. All of our workouts have scaling options for those newer to this style of training! Memberships start at $150 and the class drop-in fee is $25. Your first class is FREE!

Personal Training

If you have a specific goal and mind and prefer one-on-one training, our coaches also offer personal training sessions for an additional fee. Our coaches specialties range from cross training coaching, powerlifting coaching, bodybuilding coaching, and general lifestyle training. Nutrition consulting and meal plans can be added for an additional fee.

Run Club

Run Club is free to both members and non-members. Run club meets twice a week on Thursdays and Saturday mornings. The starting location of  run club changes from week to week, so be sure to check out our Instagram to get the most up-to-date meetup information.
